Several interesting items

Sorry but my life has been hetic lately. There have been several items of note that happened last week that I wanted to show everyone. So here we go. I will start for the main reason for this entire blog.

1. On-going case worker, Sa'id Terrance, is not returning my emails

I sent a total of three emails to Sa'id last week. The first two emails were to inform him of the text messages that I had received and which I blogged about in my previous post. The third post was to ask him if he got my emails and need an update from him. I attached a read receipt (Outlook) and have not received anything as of today. Anyway, here are the days and times that I sent Sa'id an email

First email: Monday August 3rd @ 12:51PM
Second email: Tuesday August 4th @ 9:08PM
Third email: Thursday August 6th @ 12:53PM (Status email)

One of the reasons for the email on 08/06/09 was to ensure that Sa'id is not holding up any processes. I ended up calling Fatima, who is Brittney's Guardian Ad Litum, to follow up on when she wanted to visit my residence and meet Brittney. She stated that she has been trying to get in contact with Sa'id and that he has not been returning any of her calls.

As my blog title says and is it true; does Children and Family Services care? I will be calling his supervisor on Monday. We have a court hearing on August 17th and the last thing I want to happen is to have the hearing moved out because tasks were not complete. Sa'id cannot say he is busy because I guarantee my calendar and schedule is just as busy and I get back to my clients.

2. Ohio Child Support

So I have been paying Child Support faithfully for many years. Currently I am paying $663.08 a month to Cheri. I have had Brittney since June 26, 2009. Brittney has not spent more than 24 hours at her mom's since then. When they are together they get in fights/arguments. Actually last time she was there, they got in a fight and Cheri punched the wall and hurt her hand.

Anyway, Brittney and I have asked for the Child Support so that I can get her school supplies and pay for her day to day activites. Of course Cheri has not even offered to give a penny or offer help. I know as of late she has been spending the money to pay for her wedding that is on August 20th. BTW, she only has been divorced for 1 1/2 months.

I received the above text messages stating that she cut up the Ohio Child Support card and that she ordered one and is having sent to my house. Apparently today, we found out that she just got the payment yesterday and that there is only $11 left.

How do you justify spending the money when your child is not even living with you? I would love to start a law that requires parents receiving child support to provide itemize receipts. Yes I understand that it pays for housing and food but Cheri buys cigerettes and beer with it. She smokes a pack a day and drinks about a 12 pack a day. She does not have a job so how does she pay for it.

Anyway, to the bottom line. Look at the text message. How does spend money if she cut up the card?

Text messages and daughter went to visit mom

A couple of things have occurred since my initial post. First, the mother had a court hearing for her domestic violence charge against her. I don't know the whole story but what I heard was she hit her ex-husband with a spatula that ended up splitting his head and requiring stitches. From what I heard, she is on probation and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing. This will be interesting. I doubt she will pass this.

Anyhow, so my daughter wanted to go over her mother's house and stay there as my daughter knows that the mother is about to receive child support. The whole time the mother makes excuses such as "I never got paid" or "I gave the card back to Child Support". Likely my daughter smart and doesn't believe her. So she went back this past weekend to stay there until she got paid. My daughter needs clothes. She has been wearing the same shoes for the last year. But yet the child support that I pay is paying for her upcoming wedding. Yes she just got divorced about a month ago and 1 1/2 months later she is getting married.

Not even a day over there, the mother gets on her case calling my daughter names such as whore. No one else got that treatment except for Brittney. It got so bad that the mother starting texting myself and my wife and then my daughter called and stated that she wanted to come back to my house. My daughter was in tears for the following reasons.

1. Her mother is chosing a man over her own children
2. She is lying about the Child Support money and won't give her any money
3, Her mother hasn't seen her in over a month and she got the name calling and lies

Why kind of person would do such a thing?

I also found out that the second youngest child just found out who her real father was. Her father is the mothers ex-boyfriend's brother. When the daughter confronted the mother, the mother lied.

Seriously, I wish someone from Children and Family Services actually take the time and do the job that they are paid to do. What did these kids do to deservce this life while this mom plays our system like a bunch of fools?

Anyway here are the text messages that I received and my wife received last night. I hope you can read them.

I also sent an email to the on-going case worker but did not get a response. I told him that I would send these text message pictures to him.

I also called the guardian at litum 1 1/2 weeks ago and have not heard back from her. I will try to call her tomorrow.

Thank you for visiting! The purpose of this blog is for the public to follow the case that involves my daughter and Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services.

I am a father who is on a mission to prove that the Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services does not ensure the safety and well-being of the children of our future.

I have a daughter who is currently 12 years old. I am the non-custodial parent. The mother of my daughter is an unfit mother. I always tell everyone to think of what a bad mother is and then multiple that by 10. She has a total of 5 children by 4 different fathers. In short she uses her children as earning a paycheck (child support), she is an alcoholic, and has multiple criminal charges against her. She currently has one son who has dropped out of school at the age of 16. The two oldest drink alchohol and do drugs. One of the daughters had a miscarriage. The two youngest children know every single curse word in the book. She does not have a stable home. She has had now 6 addresses in the last two years. Her children have missed a ton of school which is one of the charges currently against her.

I have tried to tell the Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services that she is not a fit mother and the children do not deserve a life that she provides.

Recently, multiple charges have been filed against her by Juvenile Court. I will post the actual complaint court document to back up everything I said. Click here to view the complaints against the mother. In any person right mind, after reviewing these charges, there should be no reason why these children should go back to the mom. If they do, I would like for my journey to be public (national) and scruntize the practices of Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services.

I can honestly say that if I were to write all the items that prove she is a unfit mom, I would be here for more than two weeks. Seriously. Her own family is against her and also agree that she does not deserve these children.
